Influence of Local Power Transmission on the Air Quality in Jinan

  • The main object of research is the Ximeng UHV (Ultra High-Voltage) transmission line. The research and uses chemical models to simulate and evaluatet the haze improvement and carry out sensitivity tests on the emission source in the Jinan area. The results showed that the maximum impact distance of the virtual power plant on the atmospheric environment is about 30 km. The largest affected area is about 20% of Jinan under the background of steady weather. The influence of PM2.5 concentration has the largest drop at 46 m at different altitudes. It has little impact on the urban atmospheric environment. The hourly PM2.5 concentration decreased by 1 μg m−3.
