摘要: 本文试图对旋转大气中运动适应过程问题的研究作一全面的评述,这里是全文的第二篇,包括三方面的内容,即球面上大气的地转适应过程和旋转适应过程;快波的激发以及涡旋和快波的相互作用问题;适应过程理论结果在天气分析和预报以及数值天气预报等方面的应用问题。
