摘要

摘要: 水资源是西北干旱区人类生存和经济发展的基础资源及重要制约因素.作者在分析西北干旱区内陆河水资源条件、水资源开发利用现状、未来西北地区气候与水资源变化趋势、西北干旱区不同时期水资源供需平衡及主要水环境问题的基础上,提出了西北干旱区水资源可持续利用对策建议.
