摘要

摘要: 本文在旋转椭球坐标系中求解麦克斯韦方程,得到了二层旋转椭球体对偏振电磁波的散射解,并利用所得公式,给出了扁旋转椭球状表面附水冰粒对雷达波散射的数值计算结果。
