Open Choice
 
       Adv. Atmos. Sci. offers authors the opportunity to have the articles published with Open Access under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License in exchange for paying a basic fee of 2590 EUR / 3390 USD / 2190 GBP. The 2023 price will be applied to manuscripts from January 2023. Choosing open access means making your journal article freely and permanently available to everyone, everywhere. Open access articles which are ordered through the Open Choice program are clearly identified as open access – in the article PDF and HTML, in the article metadata and in the article display at SpringerLink.

Order open access for your article:

        After your article has been accepted for publication, please inform the Editorial Office that you will choose open access publication. If you opt for Open Choice, you are not required to transfer copyright.                                       

 

Eligibility for APC waiver

If your institution has a Springer Compact agreement, then you may publish your article open access- at no charge to yourself - in more than 1,600 Springer journals, including AAS. When publishing your article open access it becomes freely accessible to anyone worldwide. In addition, you can enjoy full access to all Springer journals.
